Black Bolt attempts to break through the great barrier imprisoning the Inhumans using "the electron-force of his own wounded body!" Or so says Medusa, as the ruler of the Inhumans himself is pretty reticent when it comes to giving speeches. This page by Jeff Johnson from the 1999 story "Explosion!" features Black Bolt and Medusa, along with the Human Torch, Wyatt Wingfoot, and the mysterious Prester John.

So any sound Black Bolt makes causes immense destruction, so after a meal of yummy spicy tacos he what, accidentally destroys a couple of planets. This is the kind of stuff that keeps me awake at night people.
