Superman by Paul McCusker

This formal portrait of the Man of Steel is rendered in acrylics on 18” X 24” canvas board and is a tribute to the artist and co-creator of this superhero icon, JOE SHUSTER, after whom the CANADIAN COMIC BOOK CREATOR AWARDS were named. This gallery quality painting was created by longtime supporter and frequent artistic contributor to the CCBCAA, PAUL McCUSKER and generously donated in April 2006 for sale to raise funds for future awards events. I purchased this painting after it went up for auction in July 2006.
