Stanley Pitt, Loner's Limbo, "He Stood Against Hell-Hot Fury....Alone!"

Beautiful true western storytelling on this painting.  It was not always tales of legend, but the harsh rugged lifestyle that tested man in the frontier world.  The colors around the main figures have that wonderful color wash paints to frame thir situation.  Technically clean and dramatically intense!  

Marcus, glad you enjoyed it. I grew up on Westerns. This piece keeps those memories alive. Pitt does not get nearly the attention he deserves. Like you, I love the pallet of this piece. His ink pieces are equally amazing.
