Wonderful half-splash (page 8) for the first chapter of Don Rosa´s classic "The Life and Times of $crooge McDuck", "The Last of the Clan McDuck" (first published in 1992 it´s my favorite Lo$-chapter, partially because the original "The Old Castle´s Secret" (1948) is my favorite Barks story)...the half-splash, showing a beautiful depiction of castle McDuck, is one of my absolutely favorite Rosa-splashes...

Young Scrooge works smarter not harder and is a hero to the people! This castle by Rosa is deserving of all the love and a centerpiece of the story.
