Home Alone 2: Lost in New York 1992 Coloring and Puzzle Book "Yikes! Kevin sees Harry and Marv." Preliminary Drawing

This 7.5" x 11" original hand-inked preliminary drawing by prolific illustrator Tony Tallarico was made for Modern Publishing's 1992 Home Alone 2: Lost in New York Coloring and Puzzle Book. Tallarico submitted the piece for client approval before finalizing the artwork.

The movie tie-in sketch recreates the scene where Kevin McCallister runs into the Sticky Bandits, Harry and Marv, on the mean streets of the Big Apple.

By his count, the Brooklyn-born artist has illustrated more than 1,000 children's books, from Nancy Drew and Ghostbusters to the "Where Are They?" series, with the help of his son, Tony J. Tallarico Jr.
