I just picked up a copy of the Smithsonian Collection of Newspaper comics at library used book shop and was surprised to find this dedication and original sketch on the first page. London, one of the best known underground comics artists was the writer and artist on the Popeye strip from 1986-1992.

The strips from him are rare, so a sketch by him is an even more hard to come across.
