Description

Tom did a commission featuring Starfire encompassing his entire run on the series. This is similar to the commission Eduardo Barreto did. I am thrilled with it, Tom did an amazing job. Plus its over sized 13x19 or bigger. Got this just under the wire for Best of, a big thans also to Byron for setting this up.

To me this hits all the right beats for Tom's time on Titans.

Tom Grummett's run juggling all the influx of new characters showed off his range and storytelling strengths. His continuation of the Starfire and Nightwing romance was a true highlight that kept longtime fans invested. This is an exemplary piece from Grummett who put in the highlights of his run that affected Starfire and celebrates her further.

Not surprisingly at all, it turned out beautifully. Big kudos to you allso, Brian, for including Dark Raven! I know it wasn't fun for most fans to see what happened to our beloved Raven, but considering she's the daughter of Trigon and Wolfman & Pérez already began playing withthe idea of Raven slowly changing while they were at the peak of their run o nthe title, it actually makes perfect sense that she slowly went from nailve and innocent to dark and evil. Besides, her costume in this guise was sexy as hell, right? Gorgeous Starfire images too, of course!

FOr the commission I just requested a full figure Starfire and a romantic scene with Dick and Kori. For the rest of the commission I asked for other vignettes from his time on the series. That was all Tom's idea. Turned out great.

Oh wow, okay! Credit to Tom, then. But still, credit to you for the parts you requested because Starfire is gorgeous as ever and the Dick and Kory relationship is one of comicdom's best ever, so I always love seeing them. 😍

A completely gorgeous piece. I also have a Starfire by Tom with a space background and the amount of detail and work he puts into these is just stunning. Tom's run on New Titans remains a personal favorite.
