The hidden skeleton of someone crushed by the tree is a fun element in this piece where you can't be sure if the lady is alive as almost everything is in decay except for the snake. Perhaps she is connected to the dead somehow and wanted to spend time with them. The power of this piece makes you consider and entertain these thoughts.
