One of Ramos' signature characters where he had a lengthy run and defined the look and feel for others to follow! We can still see that 'Ringo influence in the look, but Ramos added plenty of character traits that have stuck with Bart through the years and iterations.

I can't think about Impulse without thinking of Ramos. He really left his stamp on Bart and I don't think anyone does him better. Awesome commission!
