That's great overhead shot to show the whole layout with all the grid patterns against the characters. A masterclass of artwork with intent to entertain.

BWS had such a raw edge to his work during this period. And while Iove Layton, he is such a polished inker that he (whether intentionally or not) ends up smoothing out some of that rawness. Still, two legends in top form on this incredible page. Congrats!

Awesome piece! I always have a hard time finding valiant pages without all the glue stains and this is impeccable! Congrats!
