Description

The Amazing Spiderman by Rafeal Grampa. This was a commission from 2020, it took awhile to be completed but I was happy to wait. Most recently know for work for DC between covers and Dark Knight Returns Golden Child. I would really like to see his work on a Spider-Man series or limited series, that is why this was an easy choice for me to pick this for the subject of the commission.

The style is very grounded with all the little real life imperfections he likes to throw in the costume. It does not stop him from showing Spider-Man in such a fantasitcal pose with the awesome webbing control thwipping by our right ear.

Man Grampa is such a difficult get. I've been enamored with his style since he first started popping up on the scene with fan art and some early Marvel covers. Very, VERY jealous of this man!

Man, awesome stylized take. When you see Grampa, there's no mistake it's his stuff! Lotsa energy, movement, and great depth with the webbing. Congrats!
