As our comic art collecting community grows denser and closer, so are the artists working with their contemporaries creating a community of mutual appreciation and support.

Another artist I was introduced to by DWJ by way of one of his self-published ashcans.

JB's work, when I started to delve into it, showed a ton of energy and an aggressive line combined with a sense of humor. The piece I was hoping to purchase was not available biut JB offered me a commission slot and produced this fantastic surprise (request was anything TMNT). I definitely wasn't expecting him and he really made me smile, and brought back excellent memories of my brother and I playing with our action figures.
