Stelfreeze makes the Kirby Krackle even more visually powerful!
YES. Just YES. Gorgeous paints, with so much subtlety and masterful touch in their application... wow. That gorgeous Kirby Krackle looks "cosmic" to me here, especially in the lower right, to possibly reflect the interstellar adventures Ta-Nehisi was weaving in the book at the time...? Simultaneously cutting edge and retro, Stelfreeze is (obviously) timeless. GREAT piece, Jimmy.
This was one of the first ones I had done in my collection and still one of my favorites!
