Coipel can do no wrong. This is such a great cover.
The big summer event of Marvel that established Asgard on Earth! Pretty relevant to the current movie landscape! One of the big Thor related events that Coipel and Morales did so well that is on par with what they were doing on the regular series.

These two have a Davis/Farmer feel, imo. They work excellently together. All that detail, and perfectly supporting inks. Lovely cover, and a perfect simple composition. Great find. Congrats!
I considered this one myself! So much detailed goodness packed into the frame - Coipel/Morales are definitely a drafting dynamic duo! That face front shot of Cap is MONEY, and I love how the shield is breaking that panel border. Another killer Coipel, Anthony - congrats!
The Morales inks are positively -sublime- here... Look at Cap's shield and the links on his chain mail... look at the hatching and details on the shields, armor, weapons, hair... Such a gorgeous piece! It reminds me of an Arthur Adams 'Asgardian Wars' piece (which, I know, isn't a stretch), but in Olivier's own lovely (and highly detailed) style, moving that high-water line even higher. Brilliant pick up, Anthony!
