Description

This must have been one of my most anticipated commissions from my 2020 COVID streak. I had seen a lot of Carlos his commission and they were all finger licking good. I felt like his romatisicist style was a good match for a Tom King/Walta/Walsh tribute.

Carlos took inspiration from both the series and the classic Norman Rockwell painting and made it his own in his classic etching style. A homerun - just feast your eyes on these details - Agatha's cat, Ultron's oil and those classic Avengers-moment on the wall... Thanks Carlos!

Fantasy that happens inside the mind of Wanda as her idealized world of her hopes and dreams to live a normal life. Quite beautiful and tragic.

His style works well to only enhance the emotion of this piece. We get so obsessed with battle pages and violence in comic art. Refreshing to see one so full of total kindness.
