DescriptionCLICK HERE FOR AUCTION LISTING!18x23.25" sketch paper has 11x13" image area bust marker sketch of Groo The Wanderer by Sergio Aragones. Dated 1986. Groo's solo series comic started in January 1985 making this an early sketch of the Groo was a parody of Sword and Sorcery comics such as Conan. Aragones is best known for his work on Mad Magazine from 1963 to 2020. Lt. aging/wear. Several creases across paper on image and uneven top edge where removed from tablet. Displays VG.
