DescriptionThis one is gonna be my favorite. All Star Comics #69 (1st Huntress) was one of my earliest comic memories and I read that one until the cover came off.My favorite comics are teams fighting teams -- whether good vs bad or good vs good So The story of All Star 68/69 was the Psycho Pirate controls Green Lantern and Flash in 68. In 69 Bruce Wayne the Police Commissioner contacts old JSA members to bring in the new Super Squad because they are out of control. Turns out the Psycho Pirate had controlled Bruce Wayne as well and that is why he had the teams fighting. So I asked Mr Staton to recreate those issues using the cover of Infinity Inc #10 (which is a homage to All Star Comics 37) where the good guys are held captive and good guys are being controlled by a single bad guy He was so kind (and I'll add pics later) he provided me the pencils as well as the Blue line as well as his initial sketch on tracing paper. Staton takes that classic and dials in just the right tone for this age period class of characters! A big catch from Heroes Con!

Thanks. I am always thrilled to find artists who can do the "old style" because that is what I grew up on and brings back the fond childhood memories.

All Star Comics 69 was my very first comic. I love this homage by Mr. Staton! Great choice. Huge congrats!
