Wolverine by Paul Smith

A polite and gentle soul.  Well groomed as well.  I never had any trouble with him while he lived next door.  He was the model neighbor that kept to himself.  However, back in 1995, he went to the Shooting Star bar where they made fun of him on account of him being a mutant.  That incident can't be talked about much no more as anyone who was there saw some unspeakable things as they say he was possessed by "the berserker rage." 

I love the hair work on this. It's unmistakably Patch. Great pick-up. 

There's a humanity to Smith's depiction of Logan here that is absent in the work of many artists who aren't of Smith's caliber.  A fantastic pickup!
