I need to find this 2003 THETAN Toy Figure!

I missed getting one of these back when it came out -- I found pics of it, but where can I get one?? An Interesting Story: Back when the very first episode of the old b&w OUTER LIMITS aired I watched it on our old b&w TV -- when the Control Voice said, "...and we can make the image roll.." the image kept rolling!! I had to adjust the horizontal to get it to stop rolling! That was a very memorable event back there in the early 1960's...
