I'm always on the prowl for fun Genis-Vell pages (probably said no one ever)! I like this aesthetic, power-set, and the sort of explosive imagery an artist can bring to the page with the character. In this case, we have Ed Benes doing what he does, delivering an action-packed page, with the viewer's attention getting drawn to that epic first panel!

Vintage mid 90's Benes!  He may have been tagged a bad girl artist early on, but that was because of the practice of having a bold in your face image on every page no matter what character.  That usually meant juicy stuff with the ladies and some macho power fantasy for male characters.  This one sizzles and pulsates in the right key to set the tone for the page!
