The Norm as Buster Keaton by Michael Jantze 2022

Michael Jantze was a volunteer artist for the Cartoon Art Museum Sketchathon. I love his The Norm comic strip. The artist used to live in the Bay Area, but now resides in Seattle. This year, I ordered two pieces to reduce mailing packaging. I asked for my ongoing CAM sketch theme of a child with a book. Michael used this drawing for an Instagram post with digital text and the accompanying caption: “Words and ideas help us fly!” My second request was Buster Keaton and we see Norm wearing the familiar porkpie hat.
