Well over a year ago I reached out to Marcelo about doing a commission of The Endless in his style. No input from me, do whatever he wanted.

He said no.

So, a while later I tried to break the ice by buying something cool from him. I asked again during that transaction.

He said no.

We talked a few more times to no avail. I bought another piece from him and asked again. Offered more money. Offered to buy some art that hadn't (and still hasn't) sold.

He said no.

Couple of weeks back he posts some doodles and says that he is going to do a piece of The Endless and wants input from fans.

Seriously?

I message him immediately. I'm buying it. Right now. Sight unseen. Name your price.

HE SAYS NO. Are you kidding me.

It's not sold. He doesn't want to keep it. He just won't sell it to me until he finishes it and we are both happy with it.

It came out pretty cool. We were both happy with it.

Dude! This is so perfectly bonkers and bizarre. Great take. Always fun playing dress up with other characters. The over all feel is still without question Sandman. Congrats!

This is brilliant! I will also say, I would have given up trying to get this piece long before you did, lol. That had to have been frustrating. Your push and determination definitely paid off though, enjoy!

This is a very nice Story, to get the Artist on the way, to draw this for you! Congratulations! it is an interesting look to the Endless and I love it!
