Remember the first introduction of the Prowler? Don't know why it stuck to my mind... Funny combination of non-powered gadgets and ultra-simple costume. It should have been all but forgettable, but...

Maybe, just maybe the combined talents of Mr Lee, Mr Romita and Mr Buscema did something special there...
