Description

This was an unused cover idea for Catwoman When In Rome. Tim posted the pencils on his Facebook group in the Fall of 2021, and I reached out to him to see if he would be interested in inking the piece for me. Fortunately, he was.

He inked the piece during one of Jason's Essential Sequential live streams in November 2021, so, even though I was on the other side of the country, I got to watch Tim work his magic.

The pencil prelim is published in Tim Sale Black and White, by Richard Starkings, John 'JG' Roshell and Tim.

Mysterious and enchanting! Wonderfully confident in how she teases with just the hint of beauty hiding in the coat and sense of danger from her claws. Just like a cat, you can never be sure which way she will turn. Tim Sale worked magic on this piece.

Sublime stuff, no doubt. Love the coat, and how her face is partially covered with part of it. And that left hadn with the claw...so cool. Congrats!
