Chilean Disney master Victor Jos� Arriagada Rios, called Vicar (1934 - 2012) is widely considered as one of the best followers of the great Carl Barks. In fact it is told that, during their first met, Barks said to him: "So you're the one who draws Ducks better than me!".

This funny page is from a 10 pages story first published in Denmark (Oct. 1982) then in Italy, Sweden, Norway, Finland, France, Germany, Portugal, Iceland, Nederland, Slovenia, Brasil and Colombia.
In Italy it was published five times with two different titles ("Paperino cronista" and "Paperino e l'intervista impossibile") in Almanacco Topolino #332 (1984), Mega Almanacco #364 (1987). Paperino Mese #109 (1989), Paperino Mese #372 (2011) and Raccolta Almanacco Topolino #9.

Divan Garbo is so glamorous in the old hollywood sense that even one image of her on the page leaves a lasting impression. The page also shows the range of emotions Donald goes through and it is very fun to see him switch on a dime.

Vicar is one of the very best artists that sought continuity with Barks' graphic style, this page is a clear proof of that
