Those 2 panels with Green Lantern in space are quite exceptional!

I like all eras of Kane, but the early GL period in particular is such a treat for the eyes: the clean, crisp linework + simple (but not simplistic) panel storytelling. Enjoy looking at this in your home!

Deceptively simple with the easy flow of storytelling, but very detailed and complex with Kane's mastery of anatomy. The monster textures on the first panel are incredible and he follows up with sci-fi scenes of flight with charming backgrounds of imagination. Kane shows how his figures have elasticity and flexibility.

Wow! Fantastic page - love the space panels of Hal. My friend dubbed Tomar Re the "chicken fish" Green Lantern decades ago - not very respectful of Green Lantern lore but he was a Marvel fan. Tomar Re was always one of my favorite intergalactic Green Lanterns so very cool to see a page from his first appearance.
