Description

It's been years since I added anything to this gallery, and years since I got a new Black Lantern design.

I've had this idea for as long as I've known Joe Prado, and I set it up in 2019 to mark the ten year anniversary of my sketch collection's growth.

This isn't the Nazi Superman of Earth-10. This is the original Overman of Earth-17 from Grant Morrison's "Animal Man." A Superman from a world where all heroes were created by the U.S. government, and the rest were modified clones from Overman's cells. He contracted an STD that ate his brain, went insane, killed everyone on his Earth, and then blew it and himself up with a nuclear bomb.

As Psycho Pirate said, he's a stupid idea.

Created deliberately to be disliked, even if it wasn't his fault he is what he is.

He was made to be the physical representation of everything that was 90's that Superman was against. It is the like Magog of Kingdom Come. Prado is really awesome adding the high energy and look of the 90's!
