That's an impressive team splash! Chen and Hanna made a fantastic artistic team on this title. That black costume with the thin white stripes almost gives me vertigo. I can't remember her power. Was it vertigo related?
Great splash! Her name is Veil and she can turn herself into various gases. And yeah, I LOVE that costume! It provides artists with so many opportunities to create cool looking effects. I love it so much that in spite of only ever having read a few issues of the title, I bought 3 consecutive pages only because they specifically featured her! Check them out here if you're curious...
