Love the photos you kept as it wasn't as easy as today.  The O'Neill drawing demonstrates the design of the head that is made of sharp cuts and angles that is just part of the danger with his giant gun and shells popping.  Very bold 90's style of a character.   

It’s amazing you can find something original to say about even what I concede was a quickie con sketch. Thank you. As far as your comments on my photos – you are too kind. Apart from one year when my camera malfunctioned and I ended up with a set of 6 x 4s of silhouettes when they came back from the developers I am quite pleased with the results from the basic point-and-shoot, autofocus model I used. Separately, I would also add that when the day comes when the best original comic art is accorded the same status as the best of fine art then your photographs of dealers and their back walls will not only be of great interest to comic art fans but also be an important historical resource for the wider public … when original comic art is accorded the same status as fine art. May we all live to see that.
