The Green Knight by Federico Mele

During the month of October, comic artists Federico Mele did a series of amazing illustrations of iconic villains from all sorts of fiction each day of the month.

He was actually taking some requests of characters but towards the end of the month wanted the character selections to be interesting, unique or artistically stimulating. I ended up messaging him and at one point brought up The Green Knight... having seen the recent 2021 film and it being one of my favorites of the year.

Turns out he was on the same page, and was hoping someone would request this character. When the stars align like that you can't pass up the opportunity to nab the original album piece itself. Its brilliantly done and this picture hardly does it justice. Im very glad to own this.
