Jean Yves Mitton, Silver Surfer illustration comparable to John Buscema

This is a nicely illustrated Silver Surfer by Mitton that is very reminiscent of the John Buscema styled character. Great line work here and composition. This was much more affordable than a Buscema.

This is a very large piece coming in at 11 x 17.

Mitton is a very famous French comic artist, drawing most of the French Marvel Covers in the 80's 90's. He did 2 episodes of the Silver Surfer that were never published in the USA (Stan Lee and John Buscema came in France to see him and authorize him to do these 2 episodes).
