Description

The stage is set: The Demon has killed the Master and clawed his mark on the Ronin.

The last panel is an original art paste-up. Underneath Miller has drawn an unfinished panel. Presumably he wasn�t quite satisfied with the first version and went on to draw a new portrait of the vengeful Ronin.

A legendary work by Miller! With mostly just issue one pages out there, Ronin art is some of the rarest for Miller collectors. The story content is intense as the command of figures and poses requires just minimal backgrounds to convey the story.

I have to say - Frank made a great decision starting that last panel over. The replacement matches the style of the art so much better. But it's cool to see both versions!
