Fantastic DWJ piece. Can't go wrong with the Warrior.
Are You Ready To Rumbleeeeeeeeeee
SNARL
LOAD THE SPACESHIP WITH THE ROCKET FUEL!!!!!!!
Outstanding! Great details on the face, and it absolutely pulses with the fire, passion, spark, and power of a true DWJ, but the killer for me is the top rope, and how he conveys the energy of that object at this particular moment... A smudged line, white paint, and some marker on that thing...? It's just damn -COOL-. Great pick up, Hal (and can I wish you the best of luck in your efforts to get on DWJ's list without sabatoging my own chances? ;) ) - Congrats!
The Ultimate challenge is to get on the list! DWJ goes after this hard with all that vibrating electricity all hailing from parts unknown!
One of my favorites when I was a kid, congrats. Good luck in scoring a commission down the line too, at this point I think going to a Con and sprinting to Dan's table might be the best option. 😆
Great piece Hal! I'm glad you were able to get something that depicts how you were feeling!
"How must I prepare you must ask yourself! Should I jump off the tallest building in the world?! Should I lay on the lawn and let them run over me with lawnmowers?!"
:)
The UW was out of his gourd and I loved it. Killer rendition here by DWJ with classic pre match rope shake! Congrats, Hal, and good lookin' out Steve!
I remember watching those ropes shake when I was younger, and oh the electricity! Ddubbs captures it wonderfully, but I have one question for you.
"SHOULD I JUMP OFF THE TALLEST BUILDING IN THE WORLD? SHOULD I LAY ON THE LAWN AND LET IT RUN OVER ME WITH LAWNMOWERS?"
Ultimate piece Hal!!
Such a fun piece! Congrats bud!
I'm picturing Hollywood Hogan trembling in fear on Monday Nitro.
such a fun piece! those boots! so 80s!
Insanely cool! I love DWJ's Ultimate Warrior! And what a great sketch of him this is! I'm especially struck by the way DWJ did his hair--It's like all his energy is being signaled by the follicles in his hair! That ought to scare the beejeeus out of his opponents!
Awesome!congrats, love this piece!huge dwj fan and ultimate warrior fan
