11x17" Marvel Comics artboard has Bret Blevins' original pen and ink cover art for "The Punisher" Annual #1, published by Marvel Aug. 1988.

Cover features the High Evolutionary's Eliminators engaged in battle w/The Punisher.

Penciled title/issue number at top. Margins have editorial notations and bottom margin has been signed in brownish red water color by Blevins. Staple holes at top margin w/some lt.
