Gipi - Magazine?

A one page comic for an unknown magazine.
Gipi, best known for 'Notes for a War Story' and 'Garage Band,' has a very distinctive style which you either love or hate!

At one point, I tried to translate the page to limited success.
It's about the people working at a grocery store and the odd things going on.
People stealing from the dumpsters behind the store??
The mother shopping with her bratty children who are singing about penguins????
