Cleverly designed cover!
Hardcore Titans fans got this digest only for the Perez cover as it didn't really have anything to do with the current team back then. It was ok, but the UPC box took most of Starfire's hair away and then you're left with not much of the new as they are on the corners. When you look back at it now by itself, it's a nice cover.
