This page captures the plot of the first several issues of Terry Moore's 42 issue story: Rachel takes a lot of convincing to believe that she is indeed undead. Moore populates his tale with distinct-looking women who talk in smart, snarky sound bites a la Joss Whedon or Robert Heinlein. The page functions as a single joke, with the punchline in the last panel.
Lettering guidelines remain faintly visible in pencil. The paper is slightly wider than 11x17, with generous margins around the art. A marginal notation beneath the last panel shows Moore wanted to be sure he knew the equation for Entropy, though he misspells it 'Entrophy.'
Moore works quickly, without preliminary layout pages, and only penciling essential portions of the panel before going to ink. This results in occasional errors requiring digital correction. For instance, on the last panel, Aunt Johnny's left hand seems to have been a late addition, overlapping her body and clothes on the printed page but not the published panel shown in the additional images. The arc at the top of each panel was also filled with digital black for publication. I appreciate that the profile image of Johnny in panels 2,4,5, and 6 was drawn separately each time rather than digitally cloned.
