This amazing piece of work was done for Marvel's Style Guide. The piece features some of Marvel's most popular heroes and villains squaring off on the field of battle including: Giant Man (Goliath), Human Torch, Silver Surfer, Spider-man, Dardevil, Mr. Fantastic, Invisible Woman, Thing, Hulk, Thor, Wolverine, Captain America, Wasp, Elektra, Punisher, Nightcrawler, Beast, Cyclops, Marvel Girl, Rogue, Ghost Rider, Iron Man, She Hulk, Gambit, Blade, Iceman, Storm, Dr. Strange, Scarlet Witch, Iron Fist, Skrulls, Sabretooth, Blob, Apocalypse, Juggernaut, Kingpin, Mysterio, Lizard, Sentinel, Dr. Octopus, Vulture, Venom, Rhino, Galactus, Loki, Green Goblin, Magneto, Bullseye, Dr. Doom, Abomination, and Red Skull. The colors were done digitally on this piece directly from Scot's pencils (without inks) and are amazing. The cover to Thor #72 was also colored digitally directly from Scot's pencils, but I think that it turned out poorly compared to this piece. You can see that Haberlin made a few changes to the penciled pieces for the final version. The Wasp was moved from the middle piece to the left side beside Captain America. You'll also notice that the Green Goblin was changed to the "classic" Green Goblin look for the final piece. This piece turned out great and I am thankful to own the three original art component pieces to it. This piece has been used on the new My Marvel Heroes Monopoly game by USA OPOLY. You can see a picture of the game on my website.
