DescriptionNow, this is a grail piece for me.Alex Toth is a legend, a great inspiration and an artist with a legacy that keeps living in the art of many contemporary artists. Including me. This page from the series House of Mystery is simply amazing, showing all Toth's skills. In fact he wrote, pencilled, inked and lettered the whole story. 100% Toth here! I love the action in the first panels, the shadows and mood in the second strip, with classical Toth's silouettes; and the extreme close up in the end. I'm so glad to own this piece, having something from this artist I love that I consider one of the greatest ever. Social/Sharing |
