Description
This page is from the story entitled, "Brain Storm," and is the second to the last page of the four comic story arc.

I absolutely love this page because it is a great representation of all of Rocket Raccoons friends as well as his previous love interest Lylla.

On this page BlackJack asks Rocket if he would be willing stay and help out as security at the Asylum. However, Rocket has a more important role to play with Groot, and it involves living up to the role as a Guardian of the Galaxy.

This page helps me reflect upon Rocket’s early life, which until very recently I wasn't quite aware of. However, now being aware of his early life love interest with Lylla, I find myself pondering the enigma that is their love story. If there were to be a multiverse story where they stayed together, what would their children look like? Yep, that's right... I went there.

Great page that takes me back to the "funny animal" craze of the 80's.  Don't follow comics anymore, so not familiar with Green's work, but this is fun stuff (and good too).  Love the top panel with Wal-Rus and that last shot of Lylla.

I love all the animal characters. They make me feel young and make my imagination go wild. Probably why one of my favorite childhood movies was Bedknobs and Broomsticks in the Isle of Naboombu.

I mean, what a way to start and end a page with those anthromorphic guys :)  Look at that Walrus!  And Rocket and Groot to boot in between. I gotta look into this book!  Congrats!

This was quite the fun story. There are two stories going on through the 4 Annihilators books and this is the second one in each book.

Oh yeah, this is my kind of page!  Quirky and fun, and starring Rocket and Groot!  (I love Groot's look in particular).  Very funny description too.  Congrats!!

Annihilators are cool when we first met
We make out as your Otter in comics you read
And on my 18th birthday we got Rocket Raccoons
Used to be a little stinker, put limbs to the roof
Talk about our future like we had a Groot
Never planned that one day, I'd be losing you

In my Lylla life
I would be your squirrell
We keep all our promises
Be guardians the world

In my Lylla life
I would take this page
So I don't have to say
You were Raccoon that got away
Raccoon that got away

They were always meant for each other. Why did Rocket have to leave her? She was his Schooner. She was his sailboat. Thats right, a schooner is a sailboat.

Cool panel filled with Rockets friends. Essential add for any collector who loves Rocket as much as you do!

Funny thing as I had just been introduced to them not too much earlier than before the movie when I went back to read this series. I need to go back and read more of Rockets earlier tales as well.
