Beautiful page showing one of the quieter moments in the lives of these beloved characters. The Claremont/Bolton backup stories in Classic X-Men remain some of my all-time favorite stories of our merry mutants.
Regarding your description, things did not change that much. Topless Emma Frost was censored for publication in issue one of Astonishing X-Men in 2004? Or was it 2005?
I own the topless Emma page. Heres a link to it on CAF https://www.comicartfans.com/gallerypiece.asp?piece=264018 Nothing changes at Marvel or DC. They were whiting out nipples in the 70s and they still are. Nothing wrong with skin tight suits for these guys but you must be action figured nipple less and junk less in the crotch department.
It's comfier than a bra.
