Excellent page!!!
The design is cool for the Grim Reaper having the jolly roger and the Galactus helmet and dressed in black. Reaper's brother is Wonder Man and the Vision was imprinted with Wonder Man's brainwave patterns.
Fantastic page, Michael. Just a classic battle page. Hard to believe how long these two continued to go at it over the years.

What a great page - great art & great dialogue. And love the inks by Sinnott. Few Avengers pages/issues did the Grim Reaper justice as a super villain but this page does. Too bad Buckler didn't finish this storyline.
