Q&A with Michael Lovitz
| Q: | Which piece in your gallery is your favorite and why? |
| A: | I have many, many favorites, but right now it would have to be the Art Adams FF 100 reinterpretation - my present to myself for my 50th birthday, Art just went so far above and beyond this piece is insane. I just love to look at it and marvel in the many small details he put into this masterpiece. |
| Q: | Please tell us a little about yourself. |
| A: | I am an intellectual property attorney, originally from Philadelphia and now living in Los Angeles with my husband of 9 years. I'm happy to say that I have many clients in the comic book industry, so that I get to work on comic book related projects or matters almost every day. |
| Q: | How long have you been collecting comic art and what prompted you to start? |
| A: | I've been collecting seriously since 1989, although my I secured first piece of art while in high school, July 1980, when I waited in line for Walt Simonson, who drew an awesome Thor (this was shortly after his first run on the book in the late 70s, and long before his much-lauded ground-breaking return to the title in 1983) |
