Description

This is one of the very first con sketches that I received, back in 2000. Initially Bob drew the DD head sketch. I'm a big fan of Bob's work and enjoyed stopping by at shows, to regularly say "hi" and "thanks" to him. I don't recall the origins begin the idea for this, but do remember that I began to ask Bob to add to the piece and it became more fun, with each addition. After a few decades, I realized that I never got around to posting it here.

This is -great-, Fred! It must have been really fun to have a "running conversation" like this with Bob over the years; a really cool connection with a terrific artist. The Thing is my favorite here, but it's a charming take on all the heroes. I hope you're able to add more to this, too! :)
