Green Arrow by Neal Adams on 8.5 x 11 in marker.

Perfect addition to my Adams Green Lantern and Black Canary pieces.

Thanks to an update from Paul Rogers, another Neal Adams fan: A lovely convention sketch by Neal which subsequently saw print in Bill G. Wilson's The Collector #16 (fanzine) from July 1969 and also in Bill Schelly's memoir (this info via a couple of very knowledgable Gentlemen on the Official Neal Adams Appreciation page on FB). Neal re-costumed GA in Brave and the Bold #85 which was cover dated September 1969. So it was on sale 3 months earlier meaning Neal likely drew it in May. So the timeline fits and possibly for it to likely be one of the earliest Convention sketches of Neal's updated version of GA.
