Barracuda: Based on Namor; Name from Barry Kuda (Yankee Comics #2 — 1941)
Fireball: Based on Human Torch; Name from Fireball (Pep Comics #12 — February 1941)
Rusty: Based on Bucky; Name from Rusty (Captain Aero #1 — 1941)
Sparky: Based on Toro; Name from Sparky (Blue Beetle #14 — September, 1942)
