Description

While on his way to a summit in Moscow with Soviet Union's leader Mikhail Gorbachew, Ronald Reagan visited Finland's president Mauno Koivisto in May 1988. The two presidents are standing on the balcony of the Presidential Palace in Helsinki and president Reagan exclaims "Hey, you can see the Kremlin from here!". "The Kremlin" is Uspenski Cathedral, located adjacent to the Presidential Palace. It is the largest Greek Orthodox cathedral in Western Europe.
