Description
I love how Uncanny X-Men regularly had two or more plot lines running concurrently.

In this issue Xavier and Storm are at some government function, covertly meeting Ambassador St. Croix, a member of Xavier’s Mutant Underground.

Elsewhere, Iceman, Rogue and Bishop prevent an attempt on Opal Tanaka’s life, though Rogue comes off second best.

I recall this specific page well from my youth. I never fathomed the powerhouse Rogue could be taken down in such a visually graphic way, i.e. made into spaghetti. It was a fun issue.

This is a great page with lots of great emotion captured from Duursema.   Really enjoyed this page when it was out and glad to see on here.

Very nice era of UXM!  Duursema really leans into the 90's style with explosive panel frames that are very much needed in this Bishop and Rogue page!
