“Time and Time and Time Again” — Geoff Johns

Jay Garrick (The Flash) trying to lay a fist on the time travelling Per Degaton. A great example of a superhero page by Phillips; I only wish I owned a page from this issue featuring Captain Marvel.

It is pretty remarkable to see how Phillips uses the blue line to block the panels and basically added in all of the final detail at the inking stage.
