He did a beautiful job inking his own pencils. Alberto, did you happen to ask Carlo why he inked his own pencils on a separate board?
Hey Ruben, I didn't ask him. I just purchased this piece last weekend during Comic Art Live (not from him directly), and received it this week. I didn't even know I was going to get the separate pencils, as I believe the listing just mentioned inks over bluelines (or maybe I didn't pay enough attention)... I might indeed reach out to him to understand his process.
